Obituary of Thomas E. Uzzalino

THOMAS E. UZZALINO, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at the age of 82 years. Prior to retiring, he worked as a construction worker for Bar San Construction Company of Hackensack. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack where he was a member of The Socialites. He also was a member of Heavy and General Labors Local 472 of Newark. He was an avid NY Mets and NY Giants fan. He loved driving, especially to Atlantic City and Wildwood Crest and enjoyed his coffee and ice cream. He will be sorely missed by all. Beloved husband for 61 years of Josephine "Dolly" (nee Susino). Devoted father of Deborah Carfi of Hackensack and Darlene Czesniewski of Paramus. Cherished grandfather of Angelica, Pina, Danielle, and Thomas. Adored great grandfather of Johnny and Gia Bella. Dearest brother of Robert Uzzalino of Vernon, Antoinette Smith of Denton, TX, and the late Michael Uzzalino and Mary Foschino. The funeral on Thursday, May 12th, at 9:45 AM, from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 11:00 AM with entombment following at Hackensack Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
