Obituary of Beatrice M. McCarthy

Beatrice M. Sellarole McCarthy, 82, of Brigantine, formerly of Little Ferry, NJ passed away on May 10, 2016 peacefully at her home. Bea was born in Hackensack to Roman and Rose (nee Falato). Bea worked at Scientific Design Co. and the Board of Education, both in Little Ferry and for James E. Hanson Management Co. in Hackensack throughout her 50 plus years of being in the workforce. Beloved mother of daughter Denise McCarthy of Brigantine and her feline son, Kiddie. Also, second mother of daughter's lifelong friend Karen Geary. Cherished aunt to Donna Sellarole, Dorene Sellarole and great aunt to Lisa Castro. Sister to Marie Matchok, and the late Sebastian and late Robert. And, "Grandie" to Boo, Dennie and the late Cinnamon. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 16th from 12 noon to 1:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 1:15 PM. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack.
