Obituary of Alfred A. Seibold

ALFRED A. SEIBOLD, Jr., 68, of Ephrata, PA, formerly of Hackensack, passed away on October 23, 2016. Prior he worked in the production department for a Battery factory in Ephrata, PA, he was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, he also attended Peace Officer Training Service College in 1977, he was an avid Judo and Karate aficionado, a kind and generous man, who enjoyed helping others, he also enjoyed dancing, motorcycles and being the life of the party. He lived life his way. In one final act of kindness Alfred gave the gift of his Corneas to two needy people. Beloved husband of the late Sharon (nee Eckman) 2011. Loving father of Cheryl Seibold Marando and her husband Frank of Belleville, step-father of Joseph Waldhart of Belleville, Deborah Waldhart of Belleville and Lois Wilsman and her husband Gregg of IL. Cherished grandfather of Mia and Robert. Dearest brother of Ruth Brunas and her husband John of Palisades Park and the late Edna Mae Bradler and her husband James of VA. Special uncle of Janet Setchel and her husband Ace of VA and the late Jimmy Bradler. Special companion of his dog peaches. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 29, at 9:45 AM at the Second Reformed Church of Hackensack, 436 Union St, Hackensack, NJ. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home at 8:45 AM. Burial will follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM for visitation.
