Obituary of Marian Norcia

Marian McGivern Norcia, of Maywood passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at the age of 62. Born in the Bronx, NY, Marian was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine McGivern. She was a graduate of Dumont High School in 1972 and worked as an administrative Assistant for 45 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Marian was predeceased by her husband John Norcia, her stepmother Jane McGivern and brother in law Ray Huber. She is survived by her brother Thomas McGivern of Passaic, sisters Ann Huber of North Carolina formerly of Oradell, Catherine Morrow of St. Petersburg Fl, formerly of River Vale and her twin sister Margret O'Neill of Rutland, VT, her step brother Thomas Jones of New Fairfield, CT. step sisters Nancy Hunt of Hewitt, Susan Tinney of Pompton Plains, Pam Parrill of Riverdale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her longtime loving companion of 21 years Vincent DePasquale The Funeral on Saturday January 28th at 8:45 AM from the funeral home. The the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 – 5 & 7 – 9 PM. The family prefers that you honor her memory with a memorial donation to Villa Marie Claire Residential Hospice, 718 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
