Obituary of Nancy Rhein

NANCY PIZZA RHEIN of Hackensack, passed away, with her family by her side, on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the age of 58. She was a former President and member of the PTO at St. Joseph School in Oradell for many years. Nancy had worked in the Radiology Department at Hackensack University Medical Center for 39 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife of 29 years to Robert M. Rhein. Loving mother of Lauren N. Rhein of Hackensack. Dearest sister of Arthur R. Pizza and his wife Jerianne of Maywood, Brian M. Grieco and Jennifer A. Foschino of Hackensack. Devoted sister-in-law to Patricia A. Rhein. Cherished aunt of Arthur, Susan, Ginamarie, Gabriella, Antonio and Sara. Nancy also leaves behind numerous loving cousins especially Karen Vicari. The funeral on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 9:45 AM at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack. Interment will follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 - 8:00 PM for visitation. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Nancy's memory for Brain and Spine Tumor research and education at the John Theurer Cancer Center where she was treated.
