Obituary of Arlene C. LiBassi

ARLENE C. BUDD LIBASSI, 71, of Rochelle Park, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017. Prior to her retiring she worked as an Administrative Assistant for International Appraisal. She was a volunteer at the Luckow Pavilion at Valley Hospital and a past president and former member of the Maywood PTA. Arlene loved spending time with her family and friends, she was also an avid baker, who loved to decorate and shop, she especially loved her candy and chocolates. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Rochelle Park. Loving mother of Jill LiBassi Connors and her husband Terence of Rochelle Park, Nick LiBassi of Rochelle Park and Bill LiBassi and his wife Lisa of Succasunna, NJ. Cherished grandmother of Mac Connors. Devoted companion of twenty years to Jeff Glent of Teaneck. Dearest sister of Carol Malencsik and her husband Phil of Westwood, NJ. Arlene also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and many close friends. The funeral on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 12 Terrace Avenue, Rochelle Park, at 10:00 AM with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM for visitation. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Arlene's memory to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's NJ Chapter, 14 Commerce Drive Suite 301, Cranford, NJ 07016.
