Obituary of Annette M. Marseglia

ANNETTE M. PARISI MARSEGLIA, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at the age of 85 years. Prior to retiring, she was an elementary school teacher for the Teaneck Board of Education. Previously she taught for the Bergenfield Board of Education and the Hackensack Board of Education. She was a parishioner at Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, and was a member of the Social Concerns and Spiritual Life Committees and Coordinator of the Giving Tree Program. She was a former parishioner and choir director at St. Francis R. C. Church. Beloved wife for 57 years of Anthony M. Marseglia. Devoted mother of Maria Kuzmiak and her husband Michael of Ho-Ho-Kus, Lisa Moran and her husband Kevin of Paramus, and Michael Marseglia and his wife Claire of Ramsey. Cherished grandmother of Tim, Matt, Jake, Joey, Matthew, Chris, and Nicholas. Dearest sister of John Parisi and his wife the late Josephine, Nettie Sallemi and her husband the late Louis, Joseph Parisi and his wife Susan and the late Diane, and Robert Parisi and his partner Donna Holland and his wife the late Rita. The funeral on Monday, November 27th, at 10:30 AM, from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack with burial following at St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 - 6 PM.
