Obituary of Frances M Mauthe

MAUTHE, FRANCES M., (nee Morris), of Cresskill, Formerly of Clayton, NY and River Edge, NJ. passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019, at the age of 99 years. Prior to retiring she was a school teacher for the Hackensack Board of Education, working in Fairmount School. Beloved wife to the late Edward W. Mauthe Sr. (1996). Devoted mother of Edward W. Mauthe Jr. and his wife Toni of Galloway, NJ, John H. Mauthe Sr. and his wife Liz of River Edge, NJ, Lynn Crapelle and her husband Peter of Cape Coral, Florida and Karl S. Mauthe Sr. and his wife Elizabeth of Rivervale, NJ. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Cosgrove and her husband Lucas, Edward W. Mauthe III and his wife Eriselda, John H. Mauthe Jr. and his wife Danielle, Lisa Marie Fishbein and her husband Rikky, Brian Mauthe, Christopher Mauthe and Karl Mauthe Jr. great-grandmother of Vivianna, Rosalie, Lillian, Arya and Brantley. Devoted sister of the late Karl S. Morris, Sadie Rush, Howard Morris and Ernest Morris.The funeral will begin on Saturday, June 1st at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM at St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church, 445 5th Avenue, River Edge with Burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00PM for visitation.
