Obituary of Philomena De Titta

Philomena "Phyllis" DeTitta (Nee Natale), of Sparta, formerly of Little Egg Harbor, Parsippany, and Fort Lee, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, July 20, 2020, at the age of 81 years. Prior to retiring, she was the head cashier for Foodtown of Boonton. Beloved wife for 58 years of the late Louis who passed away in 2019. Loving mother of Louis De Titta of Oak Hill, Florida, Donna M. Ennis and her husband John of Sparta, and the late Joseph DeTitta who passed away in 1988. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Ennis and his fiancé Samantha Sadighi and Brooke Ennis and Dante Focarelli. Dearest sister of the late Mary Filardo and her husband Vincent, many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. The funeral on Friday, July 24th, at 9:45 AM, from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity R. C, Church 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, with burial following at Grove Church Cemetery, North Bergen. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 – 8 PM.
