Joe had a passion for Law Enforcement he played hurt. I remember, Joe had prosate surgery, I think within three weeks he was back to work. I don't think he was cleared medicially, but he was back in the saddle. That was Joe Brown. Rest in peace. Condolences to the Brown family. Retired Tech. Special Agent Christopher O'Connell CSXPD

I will miss you so. Much as we always had good times together, thank you for being such a awesome brother. I will miss all the get together we all had. Also all your teasing the kids as they grew up that they better be good because you were a police officer.. My sincere condolences to the family for your loss. I worked with Joe on occasions with CSX Police Department. I communicated with Joe just about a week ago, I am saddened by his passing. I shared a story with him last week; where he had a cake basket autographed by the cake boss for my wife, she shows and displays the basket that Joe had signed. Joe Brown was a good decent honorable man, well liked and respected by all, God Bless Joe Brown. The Cooper Family Indiana
