Obituary of Joseph V Yannotti

Joseph V. Yannotti, a lifelong resident of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 19, 2021,at the age of 93 years. Prior to retiring, he was the Battalion Chief at the Hackensacck Fire Department, where he worked for more than 36 years. He proudly served his country during World War II and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. Beloved husband of the late Eva (nee Fazio) who passed away in 2017. Devoted father of Jeanne Bay and her husband Franklin of Rochelle Park, and the late Joseph A. Yannotti who passed away in 2020 and his wife Gale of Rochelle Park. Loving grandfather of Jill Grisafe and her husband Anthony, Lauren Rygiel and her husband Keith, Joseph M. Yannotti and his wife Kara, and Franklin R. Bay and Amanda Hall. Cherished great grandfather of Joseph, Carden, Anthony, and Jackson. Dearest brother of the late Marion Bergamo, Tristina Ferullo, Lawrence Yannotti and Anthony Yannotti. Adored uncle of many nieces,nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. The funeral on Saturday, April 24th, at 8:45 AM, from the fuenral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack with entombment following at Hackensack Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 PM - 8:00 pm.
