Obituary of Barbara Petit

Barbara "Bobbie" Petit (nee Velardi), of Warminster, PA, formerly of Hackensack, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at the age of 77 years. Prior to retiring, she worked as a seamstress at St. Edmund's Home for Children in Bryn Mawr, PA. Beloved wife for 48 years to James Petit. Dearest sister of Giovanna "Nina" Velardi, and Arlene Carucci and her husband Tom. Loving aunt of Deena Valetutti and her husband Anthony and Dana Koeing and her husband Mike. Also survived by her great nieces and nephews Tommy, Sydney, Nick, Ryan, and Carter. Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, May 6th at 10:30 AM, at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, with burial to follow at St. Joseph 's Cemetery, Hackensack . The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
