Laura Carollo, of Hackensack, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at the age of 66 years. Prior to retiring she worked as a Dietary Aide for Hackensack University Medical Center for many years retiring in 2009. She was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church in Hackensack. Devoted daughter to the late Angelo and Angelina R. Carollo (nee Ponzo). Dearest sister of Frank Carollo and his wife Anna Maria of Hackensack, Vincent Carollo and his wife Maria Giuseppina of South Hackensack and Antoinette Salas and her husband Alex of Hackensack. Cherished aunt of Angelica, Antoinette, Angelo, Angelo Vincenzo, Melissa, Danielle, Andrew, Alexander, Angelo C., Arjel, Arlee, Arian, Ashley and April, great aunt of Arianna, Franco, Luciano, Alexis, Adrianna, Alonzo, Axel, Brandon, Isaac, Lorenzo, Giabella and Melody. The Funeral will begin from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, on Wednesday, July 23, at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 10:00 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack, NJ, with entombment following at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Washington Twp., NJ.
