Christopher Carl Puglisi, 59, tragically passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Chris worked as a Technical Engineer and Sales Solution Consultant in the support department for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company for many years. Chris was an avid traveler and had a special love of all things Mexico, he enjoyed a regular poker game with friends, cooking and spending time with Asher anytime he visited New Jersey. Devoted son of Josephine Puglisi (nee Colella) and the late Vincent Puglisi (2011). Dearest brother to Linda Purpuro. Cherished uncle to Katie Rosen and great-uncle of Asher Jay Rosen. Christopher also leaves behind many loving cousins and close friends. A memorial service will be held at G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, on Thursday, September 4th from 10:30 - 11:30 AM with a prayer service starting at 11:15 AM. Burial will be private.
