Anselma Emma S. Guerrero, of Teaneck, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the age of 91 years. She was born in Manila, Philippines and came to the United States in 1958. Prior to retiring in 1998, she worked as a Nurse for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY for many years previously she worked as a Private Duty Nurse at de Ocampo Hospital in the Philippines. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church in Hackensack. She is pre-deceased by her parents Sabino and Micaela Guerrero, her brothers Elpidio, Honorio and Froilan and her sisters Basilisa and Edna. She is survived by her brothers Renato and Eduardo. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM for visitation at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ. The Funeral will begin on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 8:45 AM at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity R.C.
