Obituary of Theodore R. Weiland

THEODORE R. "TED" WEILAND of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1, 2017, at the age of 82 years. Prior to retiring he worked for Landsdale Construction Company for many years. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Hackensack. Devoted son of the late Edward Weiland and Stella (nee Krevolt). Father to Ted Weiland and his wife Maureen of Pleasant Valley, NY. Grandfather to seven grandchildren. Dearest brother to Elaine Tronolone and her husband John of Rochelle PK, Alan Weiland and his wife Kelly of Saddle Brook and the late Edward Weiland and his wife the late Jeanne, Robert Weiland, Jack Weiland, Shirley Weiland, Eugene Weiland and Dorothy Irgang. Theodore is also survived by his brother-in-law Leonard Irgang, sister-in-law Gladys Weiland and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral from the funeral home, on Wednesday, September 6, at 9:45 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 460 Hudson Street, Hackensack. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM for visitation.
