Obituary of George Manderioli

GEORGE MANDERIOLI, of Hackensack, died on Monday, January 7, 2008, at the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Hackensack University Medical Center, at the age of 92 years. Born in New York City, George lived in Hackensack for 53 years. He retired as Vice President of the Wine Division for Austin Nichols Company of New York where he worked for 32 years. A parishioner and daily communicant of Holy Trinity R. C. Church, he served as the Administrator of St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lector, Past President of the Holy Name Society and Usher's Society. He was a member and Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Trinity Council # 747 of Hackensack and also was a member of the Bishop O'Connor General Assembly Fourth Degree of Hackensack. Beloved husband for 67 years of Marguerite (nee Bottelberghs). Devoted father of George A. Manderioli and his wife Georgianna of Towaco, and Diane Ryan and her husband the late Arthur of Maywood. Loving grandfather of Marisa Arcaroli, Kevin Ryan, Christopher Manderioli, Scott Ryan, and Danielle Manderioli. Cherished great grandfather of Nicolas, Joseph, Antonio, Jenna and Ryan. Dear brother of Dora Manderioli of Lincoln Park, and Fred Manderiol of Fountain Hills, Arizonai. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, January 11th, at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM with entombment following at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack. Visiting will be on Thursday from 2- 4 and 7 - 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or to the Inpatient Hospice Unit of HUMC, 336 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated.
