Obituary of Jose A. Perez

JOSE A. PEREZ, M.D. , of Teaneck, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2013, at the age of 68 years. Prior to retiring, he was a Psychiatrist for South Bronx Mental Health, Bronx, NY. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church. Beloved husband of the late Jeanette (nee Collins). Devoted father of Jose Perez of Teaneck, and Gregory Perez and his wife Nathaly of Teaneck. Loving grandfather of Jasmine, Maya, and Tiara. Dearest brother of Arturo, Kiko, Juan, Mercedes and Chela. Prayer service on Thursday, May 30th, at 12:30 PM at the funeral home with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6 - 9 PM.
