Obituary of Rose Polsi

Rose Liquori Polsi, of Wall Township, formerly of Hackensack, died on Saturday, March 17, 2007, at the age of 99 years. Prior to retiring, she worked for S. Goldberg and Company of Hackensack for more than 35 years. She loved to crochet blankets for family and friends and will be greatly missed. . She was a Charter member of the Allaire Senior Center in Wall Township and a former parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack. Predeceased by her husband John "Happy" Polsi who died in 1964 and a great grandson, Justin Patrick Cruz,, she is survived by two daughters, Marie Cantelmo and her late husband James of Wall Township and Angela Le Grande and her husband Patrick of Mahwah, her grandchildren, James and Marie Cantelmo, Michele and Warren Cruz, Thea Le Grande, Lisa and John Benigno, and Patricia and Anthony Vesce, her great grandchildren, James Cantelmo, Ashley and Jordan Cruz, Alyssa, Dainelle, and John Benigno, Anthony and Julianne Vesce, Elizabeth and Victoria Cantelmo and Patrick Le Grande, a sister in law, Rose Azzato and a brother in law Fred Pulzello. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, March 21, at 10:00 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack with burial following at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Hackensack. Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. Memorial donations to the Justin Patrick Cruz Memorial Scholarship Foundation, 1405 Winesap Drive, Manasquan, NJ, 08736 would be appreciated.
