When the news of Joyce's passing reached us we were heartbroken. As a coworker Joyce was always a great example of never giving up. We were in awe of strength and courage that she exhibited on a daily basis. May her family take comfort in knowing how much she inspired those around her.

I am so happy I was a coworker and friend of Joyce's. She was so helpful and so welcoming when I first joined the department. I loved the unspoken words, looks and smiles we shared when we were being "fresh". We had so much fun sharing Family Tree research hints. Our food fests were famous, but that was our team, and Joyce always had her hand in sharing, and pulling together when help or support was needed. Dressing up and being funny was Joyce at her best! Joyce, I am going to miss you so much! so many memories, we have been friends and sometimes enemies since our kids were 4 and 5 years old. But through everything our friendship always succeeded and we always loved each other. I am thinking of the things you told me on your lasts days, how much you loved me and how much you were going to miss me, I will never forget how tight you were holding my hand, at the same time you wanted to go to Jesus!
