Obituary of Jennie Koennemann

JENNIE MANIGLIA KOENNEMANN, of Brick, NJ formerly of Hackensack, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, August 10, 2015, at the age of 99. Jennie worked in the garment industry as a seamstress and a fashion designer for many years prior to her marriage and raising her family. She was fully devoted to her family and encouraged all to see the beauty in life. She was a parishioner of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Howard C. Koennemann (1991). Loving mother of Brenda Heydt and her husband the late Rudolph Jr., Gail D'Elia and her husband William Sr., Edward Koennemann and his wife Ruth and Norma Heyn and her husband Charles. Cherished grandmother of Derek, Jeffrey, William Jr. Rudolph III, Jennifer, Joseph, Charles, Kristen, Kaitlyn and Lauren. Adored great-grandmother of Evan, Hannah, Jackson, Seth, Emilia and Breanna. The Funeral on Saturday August 15, 2015 at 8:30 AM at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 PM for visitation.
