Obituary of Rose M. Gurda

Rose M. Mazur Gurda, formerly of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the age of 97 years, one day before her 98th birthday. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph J. (Jo-Jo) who died in 1995. Devoted mother of V. Aurelie Gurda of Rockaway, NJ and Joseph J. Gurda and his wife Bonnie of Ringwood, NJ. Adored grandmother ("MiMi") of Kelly Wogisch and her husband Bob of Ringwood, NJ and Megan Tran and her husband Dan of Castle Pines, CO. Cherished great grandmother ("Gigi") of Madison, Bobby, Annie, Joey, Katy, Charlie, and Wyatt. Dearest sister-in-law of Rose Graham of Florida, NY. Predeceased by five brothers and five sisters. Rose is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She is the last surviving Mazur of her generation. Honoring Rose's wishes, her funeral was private.
