Obituary of Charles W. Kaczyk
Charles W. Kaczyk, 54, adopted son of the late Joseph and Lenora Kaczyk, and brother of William Raska died peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at his home in Saddle Brook, NJ. Chucky, also known as Rosney by his pigeon buddies, was born in Florida and raised by his late grandparents Blanche and Charles Raska in Hackensack, NJ. He loved animals and was passionate about racing homing pigeons. His pigeons were his pets but he also had many other pets over the years including chickens, raccoons and white doves. He was an entrepreneur and an expert on animals and pests. He started his business, Animal and Wildlife Control, in 1982 and "holds a patent on a device that provides one-way access to squirrels, and that one way is out." (New York Times News Service, Sat Mar 17, 2007) Visiting will begin at 10AM on Friday, February 26, 2016, with a prayer service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Hackensack Cemetery.
