I was in the process of reconnecting with my friends from St. Anastasia (class of 75) when I discovered this very sad news. I will always treasure my friendship with Laura...especially the times she would invite me over after school. We would watch The Merv Griffin Show with her Dad at 4:00pm and eat popcorn. Dearest Anna, Maryanne and Jerry, We were so saddened when we heard of Laura's passing. Laura was truly a sweet and caring person who touched many lives. The many beautiful tributes people posted on Facebook showed how much she was loved.
