Obituary of Tiina L. Fischgrund

TIINA L. KOBIN FISCHGRUND, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at the age of 65 years. Tiina was a graduate from American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to retiring, she was a History and English teacher at Paramus Catholic High School and previously taught at Holy Trinity School in Hackensack. She was a scout master for the Estonian Boy Scouts. Devoted daughter of Hans Kobin and the late Kalli (nee Kolk). Beloved wife of Al Fischgrund. Loving mother of Peter Davis and his wife Kristen of Mendham, Mark Fischgrund and his wife Nicole of Shark River Hills, David Fischgrund of Bloomfield and Steven Fischgrund of Lodi. Cherished grandmother of Cy and Willa. Dearest sister of Mart "Mati" Kobin and Linda of Little Egg Harbor. The family will receive friends on Friday evening at the funeral home from 6 - 9 PM, with a religious service at 8:30 PM, Rev. Steven McClelland, officiating.
