Mrs. D. was a force of nature. She will be long remembered and admired for all of her good works, and especially for the way in which she cared for her family. She will be missed.

Mr and Mrs DeVincentis were friends of my parents in New Jersey because Mr DeVincentis and my father, James K. Grayson, were in basic training together and served in the US Army in Europe during World War II. Our families continued to visit socially during the 50s and early 60s. I had last met Mr and Mrs DeVincentis around the mid-90s when they were visiting my parents in Long Beach Island. It has been many years but I remember Mrs DeVincentis as a very warm person who was a great cook. I can still remember her lasagna dinners. I recall swimming in their pool and visiting with them at Wildwood Crest.
My deepest condolences to Kathy, John and Lynne and their children and grandchildren. Your parents were remarkable people! I definitely remember both of them and share in your sorrow. They were a part of my life also.

There are so many wonderful memories to share...but our most memorable Grandma Helen memories all include her annual birthday parties/parade/games on LBI each year. It was truly amazing to see the generations of love that surrounded her. She inspired us to live each moment to the fullest! We are very sorry for your loss and sending her family and friends love and support.
