Obituary of Jacqueline M. Dawson

JACQUELINE M. DAWSON, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2016 at Hackensack University Medical Center at the age of 45 years. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she came to this country in 1989 and settled in Texas. Eventually she moved to Hackensack where she was employed at Hackensack University Medical Center. Devoted daughter of Kenneth Dawson and the late Mercy Livingston who died in 2006. Loving mother of Octavia Dawson of Hackensack.  She also leaves behind loving  brothers, sisters, nieces nephews  and  friends. The funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, January 7th, at 10:30 AM at West Side Worship Center, 192 W. Demarest Ave, Englewood, NJ 07631 with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, 535 Hudson Street, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 6th, from 7 – 9 PM at the funeral home.
