Feeling sad this morning for the Marone Family....and myself.
Here's how I'll always remember Lillian --
She was an extremely hard worker, very energetic until her late 70s, into her 80s & even her 90s!
She lived in her own home until her very late 90s!
She was my role model when I was a young woman - honest, but not one to let others walk all over her, loving toward family, a neat and immaculate homemaker.
She worked in a slipper factory in Hackensack NJ before and after her children were old enough to be left in the house alone. In between, she did hand beading work meticulously and beautifully.
Always busy!
An unparalleled cook.
She took driving lessons, but NEVER really drove a car. :-)
Loved Jack La Lanne and always exercised.
Sad.....
The last of her generation.
Lillian will be sorely missed. Women such as she don't really exist anymore.

Mom was like a tornado, small in statue but large in life. We will miss her terribly. Dad please give her a hug for us. Love Colleen and Emil
