I met Madeline because she was the administrator of my family's cemetery site. After dealing with a few issues related to that site, she and I found that we really liked each other. Over the years, we met twice for dinner and conversation. When I called her office yesterday to wish her "happy birthday" and heard that she was no longer there, I knew what must have happened. I am very sad about the loss of such a wonderful person. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
