Obituary of Maximina A. Ramirez

MAXIMINA A. CARDENAS RAMIREZ of Hackensack, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the age of 74 years. Born in Pisco, Peru, she came to this country in 1965 settling in Hackensack. Maximina worked for Myron Manufacturing in Maywood and later as a salesperson for JCPenney in Paramus. She was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church in Hackensack. Beloved wife of Isidro G. Ramirez for 52 years. Loving mother of Mary Ramirez of Clifton. Dearest sister of Miguel Cardenas of Hartford, Connecticut, Consuelo Duenas and her husband Emilio, Vicente Cardenas, Emilia Romero all of Lima, Peru, and Leonor Robles and her husband Demetrio of Rialto, California. The funeral will begin on Saturday, May 27th, at 8:45 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 26th, from 5 – 9 PM.
