Obituary of Primitiva Gutierrez

Primitiva Lazo Gutierrez, of River Edge, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at the Dell Ridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Paramus, at he age of 91 years. Born in Arequipa, Peru, she came to this country in 1977 settling in North Bergen and lived in Rive Edge for 21 years. Prior to retiring, she was a File Clerk for Toys R Us of Paramus. Beloved wife of the late Lucio Gutierrez. Devoted mother of Jorge Carruitero and his wife Lidia, Nancy Enriquez, Jose Carruitero and his wife Martha Gonzalez, and Noemi McAndrews Cherished grandmother of Sara Gonzales Carruitero Julissa Carruitero, Jorge Carruitero, Janet Calvo, Melissa Carruitero Abreu, Patricia .Enriquez- St. Pierre, Michael Enriquez, Fredy Enriquez Jr., Jose A. Carruitero, Jessica Weeks, Eric Dubanowitz, Adam Dubonawitz, Toni-Ann McAndrews, Patrick McAndrews and Tyler McAndrews. Adored great grandmother of Nicole, Vincent, Natalie, Bryan, Matthew, Robert, Brandon, Jonathan, Nicole, Sophia, Giselle, Cataleya, Sheilah and Savannah. Prayers will be on Saturday, June 17th, at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 – 9 PM and Saturday morning from 10 AM to 12:00 Noon.
