Obituary of Iris Kwitchoff
Iris Mundy Kwitchoff, affectionately known as"Mema" of Brick Township and Sarasota, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 79 years. Born in Rockferry, England, she came to this country in 1960, settling in Scarsdale, NY. and lived in Little Ferry, Atlantic City and Ocean Beach III. Prior to retiring, she was co-owner and engraver for Square Engraving Company of Little Ferry for 45 years. She was a member of the Women's Club of Brick Township, a 53 years member of the Order of the Eastern Star Naomi Chapter # 28 of Ridgefield Park, and the Cosmopolitan Association for Foreign Born Women of Bogota. Beloved wife for 55 years to Jack Kwitchoff. Devoted mother of Mandy Kwitchoff of Toms River and Todd Kwitchoff of Brick Township. Cherished grandmother of Todd James, Drew Tyler and Samantha Rose. Dearest sister of Harry Mundy and his wife Betty of Bromborough, England, Russell Mundy and his wife Evelyn of Oxtin, England, and the late Caroline Portbury. Adored aunt of many nieces and nephews. The Celebration of her Life will take place at a time to be announced.
