So sad to hear about Mr Zoch's (Bernie's) passing. Bernie was always someone I could talk to growing up, whether it was on Hudson St., Pulaski Park or in school. He was easily approachable and always gave sound advice. In High School it was great seeing a familiar face. Bernie will be missed but not forgotten in my mind and my heart. My condolences to the Zoch Family.

Mr. Zoch taught seventh grade the year before he moved on to the high school. It was my good fortune to have been in that class. He treated each of us as individuals which was an uncommon and appreciated experience for 13-year-olds. Despite the passage of many years, memories of his generous spirit and sunny attitude remain with those of us who knew him.
My deepest condolences to the Zoch family. May God’s grace give you comfort during this time.
