Dearest 'Dazzle',
I am so saddened to hear of your loss today...I just spoke with Zoi, and was remembering many fun times we had together! Do you remember swimming at the beach in Miami with David S when you did a movie shoot there, and eating at Joe's crab place, walking down the boulevard in the Miami warmth, and wishing we'd stayed at the Delano?? We sat around the office in plaid shirts and jeans and socks tucking out pant legs in to celebrate Bob Dobbs' birthday. Just eating lunch together was fun and seeing what everyone got at the grocery store. We talked very personally; I could share about romantic disappointments and you understood. Once, you told me about a funny dream where you couldn't move your arms from above your head! You were like the head counselor-in -chief at work. We all wanted to talk to you when we felt upset or stressed out. When you were around I felt like I was in an awesome, important club with you and David S, Poppy P, and Andre T. Those were the days! There was a funny joke about a silver bell at your Thanksgiving party. 'Karen' was there too, and your new lovely husband David and your wonderful new house in New Jersey. We spoke of your love and concern for your parents, and later you shared heartfelt memories of the loss of your brother, and also of your great pride and love for your son who'd become a brilliant chef. I'd known in the past couple of years you had been seeing Dr. K still and of his brilliance. I am so sorry that I didn't realize you'd been ill.
Love to you and your family always,
Rachel 'Razzle'

I am so sorry to learn of Manette's passing. She was a kindred spirit for me in animal rescue among other things. There was something magical about Manette and I know her spirit will be with all of you, always. I pray you can take solace in the many happy times shared. She certainly has earned a prominent place in Heaven, and has been greeted by her brother and the many lives she touched from this Earth. She leaves a big, empty space for us here, which I hope we can fill as a tribute to her, by following her lead. Seek information, share your knowledge and help others. Wishing you all peace.
