Obituary of Charles W. Tupponce

Charles W. Tupponce, of Hackensack passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at the age of 84 years. Charles received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from North Caroline A & T, State University and his Masters of Education Degree from Seton Hall University. Prior to retiring he was an Industrial Arts Teacher at Hackensack High School for 36 years. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved husband of Sally (nee Messineo) for 49 years. Devoted father of Christina La Morte and her husband Daniel of Maywood. Cherished grandfather of Charles Daniel and Lily Rose. Dearest brother of Leola Murphy of Newport News, Va, Thomaina Bowie of Baltimore, Dillard Tupponce and his wife Phyllis of Richmond, VA, John Tupponce and his wife Juanita of Newport News, VA and the late Hortense Tupponce and Elizabeth Bridgeford. The Funeral on Monday, June 11th, at 9:45 AM from thefuneral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Ave. Hackensack, at 11:00 AM. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
