Obituary of Frank A. Dubanowitz

Frank A. Dubanowitz, of River Edge, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Mt.Sinai Hospital in New York, at the age of 65 years. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Carlstadt and had lived in River Edge for 15 years. Prior to retiring he was the Assistant Controller for the United Retail Group of Rochelle Park. He was a parishioner at St. Peter the Apostle R. C. Church of River Edge where he was a member of Cornerstone. He was a coach for various sports for the River Edge Recreation and served as Cub Master for Cub Scout Troop # 229. Devoted father of Eric Dubanowitz of River Edge and Adam Dubanowitz of Bloomfield. Former husband and dearest friend of Noemi McAndrews and his extended family, Toni Ann, Patrick, Tyler and Sophia. Dearest brother of Paul Dubanowitz and his wife Cathy of Boston, MA, and Rosalie Simmons and her husband Robert of Lynbrook, NY. Loving Uncle of Paul, Donna, Julie and the late Andrew. Adored great uncle of Kevin, Colin, Madison, Andrew and Mason. The funeral on Monday, June 25th, at 9:15 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle R. C. Church, 445 Fifth Avenue, River Edge at 10:30 AM. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 - 8 PM.
