Obituary of Mary T. Driscoll

Mary T. Driscoll (nee Long), passed away peacefully on Friday, February 1, 2019, at Hackensack University Medical Center at the age of 85 years. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she came to this country in 1959 settling in New York and had lived in Hackensack for 54 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Timothy J. Driscoll who died in 2007. Devoted mother of Alanna Mattessich of Hackensack. Cherished grandmother of Lorenzo, Brayden, and Kendall. Dearest sister of Betty O'Brien of Ireland, Oliver Long of Ireland and the late Helen Alves. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 6th, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 400 Maywood Avenue, Maywood with entombment following at Fairview Mausoleum in Fairview. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 – 9 PM.
