We are lucky to have known Tom for the past 40 years. Tom was a close friend to all of us, beginning with Nick Sr.
We always knew we were in for a treat when going out to dinner with Tom and Dot. Tom’s storytelling always brought much laughter to the evening. The energy and animation with which Tom would tell a story is legendary, as were the stories themselves. Whether about his childhood, one of his home builds, his time fighting for our country during WWII in Europe, or even about food, Tom captured our undivided attention. The laughter and smiles we shared are missed.
Tom was one of a kind…An old-school gentleman from a bygone era. He was always ready with a helping hand and a warm smile. We are grateful to have known and loved him.
