Obituary of Sarah F. Langan

Sarah F. Alicandri (née Langan) passed away at home on April 11, 2021. The daughter of the late John J. Langan Jr. and Susan Langan (née Raile), she was born in New York on March 11, 1975. Sarah was a proud graduate of Bergenfield High School in NJ (1993) and Rosemont College in Philadelphia, PA (1997) where she earned degrees in Fine Arts and Psychology. She married Niccolo Alicandri on December 31, 2009. She will be missed by many, but especially by her husband Niccolo, her sister Mandy, brother-in-law Sean and their children Quinn & Casey; her mother Susan and her uncle Fred. Sarah was family focused, and she particularly enjoyed the younger people in her family, not only Quinn and Casey, but the many Alicandri family nieces and nephews (Athena, Frank, Sammy, Frankie, Livvy, Brennan, Max, August, Ben, Petey, Nic, Mikey, Julia, Delilah, Victoria, Luke, Jack, Fiona, Owen, Oscar, Edie, Oliver, Ben, Cam, Liam, Joe & Riley). A Prayer service will be held 7:30 PM, on Thursday, April 15th, 2021, at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home for visitation.
