Cara Maria and Family,
I was very saddened to learn of the passing of your beloved Antonio. May I offer you my heartfelt and deepest sympathy. For me, sympathy is not only feeling for but also sharing with the other the burden of sorrow. I share your burden as your brother in the Lord.
Through my cousin Danielle and your son Francesco (Frank), God gave me the gift of coming to know you, Maria, and a good and indeed holy man named Antonio!
Be assured of my special prayer: for Antonio, that he rest forever in the embrace of our God's love and peace; for you and your family, that the Good Shepherd may, day by day, help you to see ever more clearly beyond the horizon of death to what a poet once called the "Land of Smiles" where life is forever and love never dies!
