Eileen R. Foley (nee Gallagher). of Garfield formerly of Saddle Brook and Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the age of 63 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife for 31 years to Glenn J. Foley. Cherished mother of Erin M. Foley and Matthew J. Foley. Devoted daughter of the late Matthew and Anna Maria Gallagher. Dearest sister of Francis Gallagher and his wife Kari, Margaret Kavana and her husband Russ, James Gallagher and his wife Gretta and the late Mary Jane Casey and Matthew J. Gallagher. Eileen is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral will begin on Wednesday, December 14, at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM for visitation at the funeral home.
