Josephine Falato (nee Bracchitta) of South Hackensack, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the age of 92. She was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late John J. Falato (1998). Loving mother of Karen Falato and her partner John Killebrew of Chelsea, OK. And John A. Falato and his partner Maureen of South Hackensack. Cherished grandmother of Emily, Brady, Natalie and her fiancé Michael and Cameryn. Great-grandmother of Sebastian. Dearest sister of the late Joseph Bracchitta and his wife the late Fran. Josephine is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will begin on Tuesday August 8, 2023, at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack at 10:00 AM, burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM for visitation.
