Obituary of Grace Ruffini

Grace Ruffini, A life long resident of Hackensack, born on February 24, 1923, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. Prior to retiring she was an Executive Secretary for the City Managers Office in the City of Hackensack for many years. Grace was a very active and dedicated member of St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church, Hackensack. Dearest sister of the late Filomena Giarratana, Ann Ruffini, Mary Salimone and Peter Ruffini. Cherished aunt of Frank, Robert, Dominick Jr. and Richard Giarratana, Pamela Pascarelli, Lisa Korkis and the late Charles Salimone. Grace is also survived by nine great nieces and great nephews. The Funeral will begin from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, on Wednesday, January 3, at 9:45 AM. The Mass of Requiem will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church, 72 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Wednesday morning from 9:45 AM – 11:45 AM for visitation at the funeral home.
