Luis was one of the nicest people i know He worked hard but still had time for customers and to make us laugh The bagel shop stills feels like something is missing and that he will walk back soon. God bless him and may he be at peace now

Mr. Peralta was a sincere man, who loved and adored his family. I met him when his children first started Memorial School. He always had a smile on his face and greeted me with respect and friendliness. He enjoyed talking about the good old days and family values. My he rest in peace with our Lord and Savior. Que Dios le bendiga y su familia, siempre. Amen.

I would talk to Luis every morning when I picked up my breakfast. He would always come out from the oven to chat for a few moments at the counter. We would talk about family, weather, baking bagels and the police department. He always had a smile on his face and was a true gentleman. My condolences to his family. Louie was always a gentleman and a person who had a very optimistic view of life and people We knew him from the bagel store and his landscaping business. We have moved out of the area but every time we returned we would go to the store not just for the bagels but to say hello to him and his friendly smile. We think of him fondly .
