Obituary of Rudolph J. Streemke

Rudolph J. Streemke Jr., of Ramsey, formerly of Hackensack passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the age of 90. Prior to retiring he worked as a Manager for Country Club Lanes in Northvale, NJ and several other Bowling Centers for many years. Upon retirement he was employed at Darlington Golf Course in Mahwah as a golf ranger. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War. Rudy was an avid Golfer, Gardener, Swimmer and all around hard worker with a great sense of humor. He will be truly missed by all. Beloved husband to the late Barbara J. (nee Toriello) 2009. Loving father to Toni Statile and her husband Christopher and Dr. Rudolph J. Streemke III and his wife Margaret Lang. Dearest brother of Ralph Streemke and his wife Barbara. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. A Prayer Service will be held 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, with burial following at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM for visitation at the funeral home.
