I just found out about Joe. I worked with him at the water company for a long time. Joe was a genuinely great guy. He really knew his job inside and out. He always found a better way to do things. I feel horrible that he's gone. God bless the Rao family.

Joe was a good friend that always loved soccer. Our memory was going to Argentina and Italy game many years ago with Joe and family. Although the rain was extremely heavy, Joe’s passion made it so exciting. We will miss our friend. Love, Helen & Mike Feygin and family.
