Maria Marucci (nee Sanvitale) 88 of Lakewood and formerly of Hackensack passed away peacefully on September 28, 2024. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife to the late Luigi C. Marucci (2000). Devoted mother to Antonina Calandruccio and her husband Joseph. Loving grandmother of John S. Calandruccio and his girlfriend Francesca Arcuri and Vincent S. Calandruccio. The Funeral will begin from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, on Friday, October 4th at 8:45 AM. The Mass of Requiem will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Episcopal Church, 72 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY. The family will receive friends on Thursday October 3rd, 2024 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM for visitation at the funeral home.
