Obituary of Angelo A. D'Arminio
ANGELO A. D'ARMINIO SR., of Paramus, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at the age of 92 years. Born in Hackensack, he lived in Cliffside Park for 15 years and had resided in Paramus for the past 4 years. Prior to retiring, he was the Security Manager at the The Excelsior in Hackensack. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. Angelo was also a founding member of the Hackensack Troast AC. Beloved husband of the late Carmela (nee Inglese) who died in 2011. Devoted father of Angelo D'Arminio Jr. and his wife Kathy of Binghamton, NY and Diane Maher and her husband Steve of Paramus. Cherished grandfather of Deana, Terri and her husband Vinnie, Steven and his wife Melissa, and Karen. Adored great grandfather (Topa) of Justin, Kaitlyn, Jordyn, Zachary, Ryan, Tyler and Gavyn. Dearest brother of Lee D'Arminio of Hackensack, Angela Donaldson of Easton, PA, and the late Carmen D'Arminio, Anthony D'Arminio, and Michael D'Arminio. The funeral on Friday, March 13th, at 8:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack with entombment following at Garden of Memories in Washington Township. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
