Obituary of Frank M. Doorley

Frank M. Doorley, of Moonachie, died on Saturday July 7, 2007, at the age of 82. He retired in 1980 after working for 32 years for Public Service Electric and Gas as a Service Dispatcher. and was a member of the IBEW #1320 of Hudson County. He was a life member and former officer of the Knights of Columbus Trinity Council # 747, Hackensack where he also served for many years as a Board of Governor on the Columbian Club. Frank proudly was a Marine Corp Veteran of World War II and was a parishioner of Saint Margaret of Cortona R. C. Church of Little Ferry. Beloved husband of Elsie (nee Torkelsen). Devoted father of Patrick Doorley and his wife Cheryl, Peter Doorley and his wife Mathilda, Brian Doorley and his wife Linda and Jim Doorley and his wife Tracey. Loving Grandfather of Pat Jr. Brian, Carolyn, Angela, Eric, Kyle, Jimmy, Jake, Christian, Carole, John, and Stephen. Cherished Great Grandfather of David, Sawyer, Willow , Emily and Jordan . The funeral service will be held on Friday July 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with cremation following at Cedar Lawn Crematory in Paterson. Visiting will be on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
