Obituary of Victor L. Favale

VICTOR L. FAVALE, of Maywood passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2013, at the age of 83. Prior to retiring in 2000 he worked in the Maintenance Department for the Montvale Board of Education. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post #139, Lyndhurst. Beloved husband of Anna L. (nee Viviano) for 56 years. Loving father of Debbie Belgiovine and her husband Leo of Saddle Brook, Donna Pires of Maywood, Diane Micich and her husband Steve of Indianapolis, Denise Hirzel and her husband Rob of Brick, NJ and Dawn Trapani and her husband Frank of Rochelle Park. Cherished grandfather of Dominic, Thomas, Steven, Justin, Vic, Allison, Sara, Stacy, Robert Jr., Alex, Christian and Daniel. Great grandfather of Devereaux. Victor is predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. The Funeral on Monday March 25, at 8:45 AM from the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Sacred Heart, 12 Terrace Avenue, Rochelle Park, at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM.
